Tuna steak

Ingredients for 4 servings:
– 4 tuna steaks (600 gr.),
– 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil,
– juice of half lemon,
– some fennel seeds,
– salt.

Let stand the tuna for 1 hour (after sprinkled it with olive oil, lemon juice and salt). Grind the fennel seeds and evenly distribute them on both sides of the tuna steaks. Cook in a pan with olive oil for a few minutes.

Notes: dish rich in proteins and omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids.
