Toasted whole wheat bread with cuttlefish eggs

Ingredients for 4 servings:
– 4 slices toasted whole wheat bread (320 gr.),
– cuttlefish eggs 60 gr.,
– 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive,
– 1 teaspoon of lemon juice,
– half clove of garlic,
– parsley,
– chili pepper.

Let toast the bread for a few minutes. In a pan, mince the cuttlefish eggs and brown them in olive oil with garlic. Add the lemon juice and the remaining olive oil. Add chili pepper and chopped parsley. Pour the sauce obtained on warm bread. Notes: in Italy the cuttlefish eggs are commonly known with the name: “grape of sea”, because the mollusc spawns them in the form of small black clusters.
