Stuffed squids

Ingredients for 4 servings:
– squids 600 gr.,
for the filling:
– bread crumbs 80 gr.,
– squids 80 gr.,
– 1 clove of garlic,
– 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil,
– parsley,
– salt.

Finely cut the legs of the squids and join them with the others ingredients of the filling. Mix well all. Fill the squids with the mixture obtained. Cook the squids on a plate or hot grill, sprinkle them with olive oil and lemon juice. Notes: typical dish of Italian sea cuisine.
