Spiders on a Log [Halloween, Low Carb]

Ingredients for 1 serving (1 log):

  • Peanut butter
  • Celery
  • Dark chocolate chips

Looking for something healthy to serve at your Halloween party this year? This variation of ants on a log certainly fits the bill. Cut down celery stocks into smaller pieces and simply spread a tablespoon of peanut butter in the crests of celery. Add 2-3 dark chocolate chips along the top of the peanut butter. To create the spiders, simple melt the dark chocolate and spread along the sides of the dark chocolate chips to make the legs. Serve and enjoy!
