Six Star 100% Creatine Product Review
Creatine is one of the most used, and thus most researched, supplements on the market for enhancing workout performance. Six Star 100% Creatine delivers this noteworthy compound as pure as possible, with no fillers or additives.
Nutritional Content: As Advertised
Nothing much to say here, as Six Star delivers exactly what the product is named: 100% pure creatine, which comes in the form of creatine monohydrate. Nothing more, nothing less.
This is a review for the unflavored kind, so as you can imagine, it has no flavor.
I’ve always had trouble with mixability when it comes to creatine powders, and Six Star 100% creatine is no different. Since every creatine powder I’ve used doesn’t dissolve into water, I can’t really knock any points off for this. Just make sure to mix around the powder and water right before you drink. If you let it sit, the creatine powder will settle to the bottom of your cup. Also prepare for some grittiness on your teeth.
Serving Size: Small
Serving size is typical of creatine products: 5 grams per serving. More is taken for loading.
Six Star 100% Creatine is usually found for about $10, making it roughly $0.13 per serving, which isn’t bad. However, with loading and extra intake to make sure your creatine stores are loaded, you’ll most likely be taking multiple servings a day. Not atypical for creatine powders, just a note.
Overall Rating: 5/5
It’s an exactly as advertised product at a fair price. With all the false advertising going around these days, it’s pretty refreshing to see such a product.
