What is physique mastery?
It’s the ability to master the aesthetics of the body through knowledge and application. It’s mastery over fat burning, muscle building, and athletic performance.
However, our bodies need time for recovery in order to reap the rewards of our training efforts.
In this class, we will go over how to ensure that your training program inherently incorporates recovery time for your muscles in between workouts.
We’ll also discuss some strategies to employ to enhance recovery and make sure you find yourself experiencing the negative physiological effects of overtraining.
