What is physique mastery?
It’s the ability to master the aesthetics of the body through knowledge and application. It’s mastery over fat burning, muscle building, and athletic performance.
With every training program, there are 4 fundamental principles that must be balanced in order to create an effective (and safe) training program. These fundamental principles apply to ALL workout philosophies, but may differ based on program goals.
In this class we will introduce you to the 4 fundamental principles and how they can be measured. We’ll learn how we can use them to determine if a training program is right for us and our goals.
