What is physique mastery?
It’s the ability to master the aesthetics of the body through knowledge and application. It’s mastery over fat burning, muscle building, and athletic performance.
Two hormones that can MAKE OR BREAK your efforts during body re-compositions are leptin and cortisol.
Leptin controls hunger and satiety, which is the deciding factor of whether you have enough willpower to stay the course, or plunge into the depths of yo-yo dieting.
Cortisol is the stress hormone, which will increase when you put extra stress on your body through calorie deficits and exercise. Chronically elevated cortisol levels can lead to some VERY unfortunate side effects.
The ability to manage these two hormones is of CRUCIAL importance to being able to achieve your goals.
