Physique Mastery Boot Camp X: Putting It All Together with Periodization
Dieticle is offering educational nutrition and fitness classes! This is the tenth class in a series where we will be discussing the concepts, tools, and techniques you need to know to achieve the body and health you desire.
What is physique mastery?
It’s the ability to master the aesthetics of the body through knowledge and application. It’s mastery over fat burning, muscle building, and athletic performance.
Putting together all we’ve learned on physique mastery in this course, we are able to create a powerful a training and nutrition program that gets us the physique we want while also fitting our lifestyles.
In doing so, we use periodization to create training and nutrition cycles focused on specific physique mastery goals.
In this class, we will learn periodization and how it fits with everything we’ve learned in this course series.
